Develop Character by Cleaning!

I hate housekeeping. Literally dread the weeks where I am assigned to sweeping, mopping, washing, and dusting the base. I would one hundred times choose meal preparation or clean up...or even maintanance because at least I would get to be ouside in the sun. I came to the conclusion though, that my negative attitude towards it was making the task more daunting than it really was. So today we are gung-ho for cleaning. Sarah and I are going to sing loudly and dance as we Windex EVERY SINGLE WINDOW on every single lodge at Eagle Rock. So today, we are being servants following the example of Christ with a cheerful heart...and in the end, developing our character. Happy cleaning!
